ویژگی های اصلی:

خط کش های دیجیتال مغناطیسی آتک سنسور بسیار با دوام و با رزولیشن بالا، دارای IP 67 (مقاوم در برابر آب و گرد و غبار) دارای 6 خروجی(مناسب CNC و NC)، ولتاژ تغذیه انعطاف پذیر 5 تا 30 ولت ، قابل ارائه تا 50 متر ، کنتاکت لس ، مقاوم در برابر شوک و ضربه ، سرعت حرکت تا 180 متر در دقیقه، دمای کارکرد بالا (25- تا 85 درجه سانتیگراد) ، قابل استفاده در تراش، فرز ، بورینگ و… دارای قیمت مناسب و یک سال گارانتی.

بررسی اجمالی خط کش دیجیتال : MLC320

خط کش   MLC320بهترین خط کش دیجیتال از نوع مغناطیسی است که تا به حال در ایران عرضه شده است . این خط کش که ذاتا مغناطیسی و دارای ip67  است (مقاوم در برابر آب و گرد وغبار ) از آنجایی که  آب و گرد و غبار کار کرد این خط کش ها را مختل نمی کند یکی از با دوام ترین خط کش هایی است که تا به حالا ارائه شده است .این خط کش با رزولیشن بالا حتی یک میکرون نیز تولید می گردد. از نوع contact less و بسیار با دوام است . دارای شش خروجی بوده و می تواند در cnc ها به کار گرفته شود . این خط کش ها از نوع HPL هم ارایه شده است که مولتی ولت بوده و سیستمهای 5 ولت تا 30 ولت کار می کند به همین جهت به راحتی با PLC ها هماهنگ می گردد.کابل این خط کش می تواند تا پنجاه متر افزایش یابد و حد اکثر سرعت حرکت آن 180 متر در دقیقه است تکرار پذیر بوده و دقت تکرار پذیری آن 1± پالس است . یکی از مزایای ویژه این خط کش دمای کارکرد آن است که بین منهای 25 درجه تا 85 درجه سانتیگراد می باشد. دارای بدنه آلومینیومی بوده و حرکت هد در خط کش بلبرینگی است.

2- ماشین آلات برش فلزات

3- ماشین آلات جوش

4- ماشین آلات خم کاری

5- ماشین الات سنگ بری

6- ماشین آلات برش پروفیل پلاستیکی

7- ماشین آلات شیشه و غیره

این خط کش تا طول 1200 میلیمتر تولید می گردد.خط کش های بلند تراز 1200 میلیمتر نیاز به پروفیل قوی تری دارد. این خط ش ها با نام MLC310 و تا طول 20 متر نیز قابل دست یابی است.
